One of my favorite moments of 2020 was hands down working with this bunch of creative women, especially after being people starved for most of 2020. This editorial at Hotel Maverick, located on the CMU campus in Grand Junction, Colorado was put together by these incredible western slope wedding vendors, and fulfilled so many dreams of what a wedding could look like in Grand Junction. My favorite part had to be that Sharaya & Colton never really got to have their dream wedding, so a lot of what we captured was genuine - and we tried to treat the day as such. The wedding planners even arranged for Sharaya & Coltons children to surprise them after we were wrapped, where they could then enjoy dinner at the restaurant in the hotel.
It was an absolutely magical day, one much needed to celebrate two people and their love for each other (and a couple wedding vendors dreams!) during such a crazy year. This was definitely one for the books!
